When I first walked in the older gentleman behind the counter was serving another customer and was extremely kind and helpful. Unfortunately he called in another staff member to assist me. I can see she is already talked about on here. Just wanted to apply for my WWCC. She instantly told me that it's impossible and the system was down since the morning. The older gentleman prompted her to check if it was back up (thank god cos it was) she did so while complaining about it being more work for her. She was extremely cold throughout the process and at one point started complaining about covid 'shutting everything down'. The older gentlemen then said that he understood how serious covid was because he had a family member who passed away from it, to which she responded "Yeah but I'm talking about how everything was closed, and we couldn't travel". Was glad to finally leave the store, until the following day where I received a phone call from her saying she had entered my details wrong and I would have to come back in. Now I have to find time around work to go back there because of her mistake which she wasn't even apologetic about. Will not be coming to this post office again if I can help it.
