Staff at the store are great although sometimes get carried away talking/helping other customers whilst others are kept queued, they really need a counter exclusively for mail. There was a time that I had to pick up 2 'large' packages before the store opened which was very inconvienent and other times where I could only pick up packages after 3pm. Would've given 4 stars but the guys on postie bikes suck sometimes. They would give pick up cards in the mailbox instead of ringing the doorbell and just drop some things behind the fence which could potentially get chewed up by our dogs.
