Every time my wife and I visit this post office, we felt that we are troubling the couple working there. If possible, I will avoid going to this post office, the post office at Eastland, Ringwood East and Croydon Hill have fantastic staffs and great services there. We took our 6 months old baby to do a passport photo shoot, the lady there says no as she said it is too hard, we didn’t want to argue with her and just left. Never again, we will not use this post office.

I really dont understand the bad reviews. i post parcels here every day and have never had a bad experience. Never had a parcel go missing. The service is fast and efficient, which is what you want at the post office.

The rudest staff ever encountered anywhere. Like someone forced them to work there. I’d give them no star if that would be possible. The rudeness , grumpiness, and sheer luck of manners of the middle aged man who unfortunately seems to run the joint is unbelievable.Most unwelcoming place. I travel to next suburb to do my posting.

If i could give negative stars I would. The rudest staff I have ever encountered! A shame they still run it, as I am constantly going out of my way to another post office. There should be no room in our community for people that are this rude and disrespectful.

Rude obnoxious guy that works there, like the review below, tried to make me pay for something I didn't need to (replied Paid). Got very agitated when he knew he was wrong, or caught out, my business and I wont be going back there till it changes hands, was a tad disturbing.
