Although the ladies working there are lovely, and busy, you need a better system. Back door parcel pick up until 11am doesn’t work, it’s a poor time frame. Should be all day to cater for those who work. Or your business class lane can combine parcel pick up. 3 ladies on a desk, 15 customers, long wait all because the postie is too lazy to drop a parcel at the house as instructed to leave so customers waste their time. Get a better system

I am having trouble calling this centre to ask a question. I call the number, it rings, then it beeps, beeps repeatedly in quick succession, before hanging up. A package is stuck at the post office and we never received a note to come pick it up. I wanted to ask a question before coming in to pick it up. Is there any alterative way of contact that doesn't require me coming in, due to work?

Worst post office in the area, staff are incredibly slow and rude and there is always lines out the door. Place is filled with things to tempt kids so you have to line up for 45 minutes with kids surrounded by things they want to touch.

Joke of a service. Delivery was missed as no one was home but I can't collect it until 4pm the next day? What a joke you close at 5pm deliveries are supposed to go directly to the PO after a run is completed fix your joke of a system or hurry up and go out of business

This is my local post office and I dread going there. Some of the staff are so rude, yet some are so lovely. Wouldn't allow me to lodge my passport application because 'my face wasn't big enough in my photos' yet it had been approved from the system & I had 'shadows' under my eyes which are my dark circles... The lady refused to even attempt and sent me on my way and told me to come back when I've 'fixed' the issues. Went to Austral PO and approved straight away. No issues there but Narellan seems to be getting a bad name for themselves particularly in customer service.

Exceptional service and amazing staff. Neesha and the team go above and beyond. Especially during lockdown I have been able to have all my parcels collected from my store whenever I need, even when Aus Post were on strike, they were still collecting deliveries from businesses.

Great staff, very friendly and quick once you get to the front counter. There lies the issue.. the place is mobbed all day and they are only open during business hours. Majority of people are just picking up and sending parcels, surely there is a better more efficient way. I always dread going to the post office and would pay extra to use another service which offers out of hours collection. This model is outdated. Bring on privatisation!

I’ve always had a positive experience with all staff members at Narellan Post Office As amazing as all the employees are, in particular, Vicky and Nisha at Narellan Post Office go above and beyond to help me with my parcels and any service that I require. Vicky always has a smile on her face, no matter how busy or time consuming my orders are. She is happy to assist me with all enquires and I do not feel rushed as all my questions are answered. Vicky takes the time out to guide me through any inquiry and always gives me additional/helpful information. The staff physically come to my vehicle and help to carry bags of satchels into the post office to assist me with the drop off load. I have even had Vicky pick up parcels from my place on numerous occasions, which she does with a smile on her face and a positive attitude. Nisha has been a pleasure to deal with at all times. She is very professional, helpful and goes that extra mile to help me. When I contact Nisha for a service, she replies back promptly and her team at Narellan Post Office are there to help me on the same day (whether it be a Passport application, home parcel pick up or ordering a large quantity of satchels). All my orders/services are dealt with correctly and in a time manner. I’ve never had any issues or delays. The staff pay attention to detail and are polite (even when they are busy and working under pressure). I have been to many Post Office’s in the Camden area, but by far Narellan Post Office is the best as they provide exceptional customer service at all times. With the work that the employees do, it is evident that they are committed to delivering a high standard of customer service and it shows whenever I am at their Post Office. I am very happy with Narellan Post Office as staff members are helpful, efficient and they exceed my expectations of customer service.

located near the lifeline and cinema, inside Narellan town center, you can submit your HRW licence (Forklift License) they have the facility to take photographs for the licence. Great service. usually busy during weekend.

Without a doubt the worst post office in Sydney. Do yourself a favour and go to Mount Annan or Camden. The lines are ALWAYS out the door. I only ever go here to pick up a parcel and dread it every single time. If you aren't going to build more post offices (one at Oran Park would be nice) then move to larger premises and get more staff!

I’ve been going to this post office often and never had a bad experience, the staff have always been friendly to me ( as im not very computer savvy) they have been very patient and very helpful, as well as the owner, she is also very helpful and kind, its always worth the wait in line, they dont get the recognition they deserve for all their hardwork

Extremely poor customer service at Narellan. To complete an ID form which takes 10 minutes (and costs $38 as well) we were told to come back in a MONTH's time as they only did it by appointment. What a load of garbage. How do i know this? I drove over to the next suburb and went to the post office there and the lovely man also agreed with me and did it for me in 5 MINUTES! Stay away from this place if time, money, convenience and customer service is important to you.
