They delivered to the wrong place and the guy on the phone sent me a photo of the place they delivered it to which was a couple of doors down. They said they were going to send the courier to pick it up and redeliver it but then an email update said "Hi, see proof of delivery below, the GPS co-ordinates are correct". I went and found the package myself. Next time try delivering to the address listed on the box. Even maybe have a look at the numbers on the gates because sometimes the GPS is wrong.

When this company’s tracking identifies your parcel is “On Board for delivery” don’t expect it that day or even the day after. 3 out of 3 seperate packages have ended up this way and when you phone the call centre the only form of contact they have is via email which they state will be a 24 to 48hr response. Terrible service, will never use this company.

What a bloody joke! My 1000 dollar rod was left at the door. Nobody knocked to inform me it had been dropped off. I found out it was at my door because I was locking up! The city is crime ridden, my rod would have been taken! You guys need to wake up!!! Stop being so careless when it comes to peoples property!

In a dispute about the size of my parcel after it travell ed from Melbourne to Townsville to be told the parcel is too oversize to travel from Townsville to Charters Towers. According to Aramex's call team, I am expected 10 travel 260km to collect the parcel during working hours which is why I bought the item online to avoid travelling 260km during working hours.
