Thanks so much Deepak for your amazing work. I wish this was my local post office. These guys are open until 6pm on Saturday and offer very polite and excellent service. My family processed our passports here and found them to be very thorough and accurate. I highly recommend this post office if you are looking for friendly and reliable service.

Fantastic post office. There are 3 closer post offices to my house but I choose to come out of my way and go to this one because the service is second to none. I’ve never come across more helpful, polite staff and will continue to use this post office despite it not being my local one. this is my local post office and i've used it many times. they have good service and are always well-stocked. today i needed to pop in so i took my dog on a walk, and when i tied her up outside, the people working inside insisted i bring her in. they were so friendly and accomodating! my dog gets stressed when we're out and she's left alone (even for a short time) so it was a huge relief. they asked her name, gave her pats, and told me to take her inside next time i visit. thank you so much from marli and me! 🐶

I am not one to do reviews but in this case I will.. If you need your passport application done ...this is the place! I travelled 25mins because I was recommended and they were spot on! I came in a week earlier to explain my situation, because my families applications weren't so straightforward, with name changes being made for a new passport and children from a different relationship needing new passports done. They were happy to explain all the documents I would need and when it came to my appointment "Which by the way you can just walk in!!" DEEPAK was the man that looked after it all, he even stayed 1 hour after closing to complete them! Thank you!

The staff at this post office are so much more helpful and pleasant than the one near my house - they actually to seem to enjoy helping people! They personally helped me pack a bulky item and chose the more cost efficient yet still safe packaging for it, and let me know about the free $100 insurance. I now get my packages that go to my local PO transferred to this one and collect it on work days because they're better to deal with.

I love this post office! I use it for my business, and after a while of me taking in my parcels and asking them to be scanned and lodged, they now let me leave them in an area near the counter so I can dump and run, and they can scan when they're not busy - it works out so well!

Cannot thank Deepak enough! Excellent, kind and knowledgeable service. This is the third post office I have visited to have passports processed. Each time previously there have been problems (incorrectly copied forms, incorrectly taken photographs by the post office). Deepak triple-checked everything retook photographs and took time to explain the process (as well as helped to organise correction to a typo on one of the birth certificates). Absolute legend! I’ll be recommending the 93 Gaffney St Post Office to everyone!

I went to this LPO recently, and asked for my passport renewal and photos. I can't remember the staff member's name, but he was immensely helpful, and took me through whole process, step by step, even showing me on the screen how the facial recognition software used by AusPost sorts out your passport photo.
