Please dont hire grumpy old employees, shop closes at 5pm, no need to be rude or act in a rush. So until it's 5pm, it's still customer service hours. Just like other service industries, such as restaurants, closing time doesn't include clean up time. Also, I don't work at AusPost, so I don't know if you have separate areas where you store different types of parcels. I only purchased an item with delivery, I didn't put in the delivery. So, I won't know what type of service was engaged. Fix your attitude. It's called customer service, doesn't matter what age you are. Only reason I gave another star is because some other employees have been helpful in previous visits.

One of the worst post office I have ever been to. The lady in the counter was incredibly rude and lacked professionalism while talking to me. She dismissed the conversation by disregarding on what I had to say and made me feel belittled.

I called up today confirming that the post office was closing at 4 but due to staff shortages they are closing at 2 I asked Kim if she could put my parcel aside to collect a bit after 2 as the parcel was a present for Father’s Day tomorrow and she bluntly said no we can’t do that. A few weeks ago I called up to pick up a parcel and asked if they could put it aside and I would pick up after they close and they were more then happy to do it for me but today they wouldn’t I don’t understand how they could a few weeks ago but today they couldn’t so upsetting. Kim did not show any care at all did not even try to help me and I hung up in tears. I really thought she would have helped especially cos it was a present for tomorrow. So disappointed and upset.

There is no need for such attitude towards customers. You are being paid for your lack of service. No wonder the comments here are more negative than positive.

Without fail every time I go to pick up a parcel, the staff are incredibly rude and do not care to acknowledge or help customers. Today the ladies behind the counter would rather chat about their fights with their husbands than serve the customers waiting in line. Also refuses to serve anyone with a mask exemption... awesome to see (not)!

Im not sure what all of these negative reviews are about here but I beg to differ! I had an amazing experience with a wonderful staff member named Sarah. She was polite and respectful and made me feel welcomed while providing the services i needed. I will definitely be coming here for my parcel deliveries and bills :) :)

Worst post office I have ever been to. The lady tried to scam me by trying to over charge me for sending two postcards overseas. She wanted 21 dollars but I told her it is too much and I am not paying that and surprise surprise she was acting like it was the weight machine or computer's fault and put the price down to 7 dollars. I have been sending letters overseas for more than 15 years and this was the first time my family didn't receive them. I am sure that out of spite the scammer lady put them in the bin. Avoid this post office at all costs.

So to start off with don’t listen or believe what the staffs at this post office say, why because I was lied too and led to believe that I can collect my parcel from the pharmacy on Melb cup day, here I thought I was being understanding on Monday evening when I was told by a staff, that they’re busy and had no time to sought through the package’s for mine. Highly disappointed by this hate to be lied too or mislead, definitely not happy.

03.11.21 Experience poor customer service on both occasions I have been there to collect my parcels. Both staff has little to no acknowledgement of customers. Answer questions in a very rude and arrogant manner. I am actually very surprise to see that after all the bad reviews there hasn't been much changes. Thank you for the pharmacy staff that was much kinder and much more helpful.

Honestly I do not know how the ladies at the Wollert Post Office are still sane. The amount of abuse they receive from arrogant customers is unbelievable. I am not sure how it is the ladies' fault that their parcels have not been dropped off by the delivery drivers or that people expect to receive parcels without any id. I have never had any problems at the Wollert Post Office.

I am very disappointed by the service here yesterday(26th of August, 2021) afternoon. I came to the store to return some goods from Amazon. It was my first time returning and I did not know that I had to make seperate mails for each item. I was told by the lady on the counter who was very rude and seemed annoyed to do my returns to lodge a different mail. I was fine with it and got a envelope and made another return. But, I realised that I had left paper in the first box which had to go with another package. I totally forgot and therefore apologised and kindly requested them to help me. I could see that the lady working was very annoyed. I was sincerely apologetic. I finished and was in pharmacy queue to buy something else when I heard the lady at the counter calling me ‘stupid’. I am really disappointed by the service.
