Just the loveliest little post office. Kind, friendly service, can-do attitude, convenient hours, and staff who made the effort to know my name. A world of difference from my local post office, which was the reason I signed up for a post box here instead. (I think some of the reviewers may be mistakenly referring to that other post office instead).

After reading all of the negative reviews for Whites Hill Post Office, I thought I'd head to this Post Office. Sadly, the man behind the counter has a bad case of MOMS (Miserable Old Man Syndrome). One star for Go Card transaction...the potential for good customer service star, efficiency star, neat store star were negated by this sad old man.

I always find Geoff and Tarnya to be very helpful and friendly. The early morning parcel collection is convenient and helpful too. I prefer to use this PO over any others. Recommended. Park around the back and walk through the pharmacy.

Went on holiday, I phoned the Post Office to hold my parcels- was told that was no problem (the man was very friendly on the phone). Arrived to pick up my parcels and one had been returned to sender. I asked them if they would get it back for me considering its their mistake and was told no, I'd have to chase it up... Super disappointed in their lack of customer service.

The finest post office you will ever have to deal with. The staff here are very friendly and extremely helpful. They know a lot of their customers by name. The opening hours are vastly superior to those of another post office located nearby. I send all my parcels here instead of the one actually in my suburb as the owner of that post office is a very rude man.

Don't know what the other reviewers are on about. These two are so friendly and accommodating. My local post office is actually Camp Hill but I always go to Carina at all opportunities as they are so much more helpful.

Carina PO is perfectly located, have before business hours parcel pick up mid week through a little side door, open Saturday mornings and the staff are super helpful and just lovely. Great service!
