Delivery was supposed to be left at door. Instead card left to pick up from inaccessible service station. No bus, no car! Rang allocated PO numbers turns out is service station number. Ignored and went to voice recording. Damn useless!

My packages are being sent to random people, and I'm getting other people's packages. If it happens again I'll be complaining-- I haven't received my packages for months, and I've had people message saying they have mine.

Friendly customer service. Access to the Australia Post Office is via entry through Foodary Caltex Service station. There is an Australia Post Mailbox out at the back entry of the Caltex driveways. There are private mailboxes also situated at rear of Australia Post Office. Ample parking. Easy access form car park through to Australia Post.

Slow service, bored looking assistant. Often a queue of people waiting to collect parcels. Service from front desk is extremely slow and painful. Often just a single person at counter which is woefully inadequate. Even if there is no queue expect to wait as admin stuff gets tended to before you get served.
