Would avoid the TTP post office at all costs this Christmas just went in together to send 8 Christmas cards STANDARD SIZE to the UK and the rude woman who was very abrupt and did not look like she wanted to serve says oh well that's going to be expensive ladies "because of the size I'll be classing those as large international mail they will be $14 each PER CARD!" Would have been $112 absolute joke when having a small business we know we can send up to 15kg!! For $13 domestic unbelievable! Even international we can send 20kg for $50 with sendle! UPDATE: GO TO GOLDEN GROVE POST OFFICE $25! what it should be! They were absolutely saints and polite kind and told us we were being ripped off because of the season because they just decide what the mail is classed as. They were professional and told us even at Christmas rates are $3.50x2 during the season which was $7 not $14 we were being told at Modbury. Can't thank Golden Grove enough will not be returning to Modbury

When asked to certify a passport I was sternly told I had to bring a photocopy myself and that Australia Post do not do copies. The Australia Post website says that copying is provided as part of the service.

Really easy to find. Spacious, well layed out, wheelchair access. Staff were friendly, polite, helpful. I went there to renew my passport so had my photos taken and it was all done efficiently within 5 mins. Excellent. Definitely recommend. 👍👌

Forced to give them an undeserving one star so I can make a review, never been so disappointed with the lack off manners and rudeness from staff, not a once off either, it's never a pleasant visit to this particular post office due to the staff, I have also personally seen the staff being extremely offensive to some one who obviously was still learning English, i live across the road and unless I've missed a delivery I will drive 15mins away from this local office to do my business at an office with abit off respect to there name, absolute shame on the people working at this tea tree plaza branch for the way they treat their customers

Customers Beware!! Went here last week to lodge further evidence for my passport application and was disgusted with this post offices customer service. If I could give “No Stars” I would. I was instructed by the Australian passport office to print off a copy of the correspondence along with my evidence for it to be verified and faxed through. I made an appointment and attended. The attendant at the post of with red hair; plump in stature. Didn’t even look at the email evidence flung it back and said “we don’t do this here !!”. I kindly asked her to read to document prior to dismissing it to know what she had to do. This was done by her in a very rude manner. After processing my documents she then told me the fax machine was not working and that she’ll have to send my document via mail. I called the passport office and they denied such claims. Please do not go here !! I know everyone may have bad days but your customers shouldn’t have to suffer.

My friend went there the other day and brought stamps for overseas to Christmas cards and they were of rip and not good what are people going to think overseas at the South Australian postal workers,, next time give her proper stamps she didn't say anything as she wanted to get out of the shop as soon as possible as the staff room next to the counter was playing hip hop techno music very unprofessional the post office needs to be quiet or play Christmas music quietly and not the modern music some of my other friends don't like that noise and needs a peace and quietness

Rude and unprofessional service. Staff makes statements without knowing the matter. Even after searching their own sources and been told that the good are not prohibited, they still refused to send my letter. Why do Australia Post pay their wages?

I've gone in here on many an occaision, I've found the staff very helpful & friendly. Unfortunately they tend to be understaffed, but still they give a great service. They stock some interesting giftware.

Staff are mindless gronks that should be out of a job. Presented a credit card as well my postal address from the MyPost app, the email FROM Australia post with the package details and was not able to pick up a package because I wasn't able to provide 'Enough' ID. There was not attempt to verify my details through any other means and staff could not redirect my parcel to my home address. This level of customer service and brain dead bureaucracy is why will soon be obsolete as a service provider.

I went into this post office today to do an identification form, for my conveyancer, the woman i got was the most rudest person ive ever come across in a post office. She clearly did not know what she was doing and tried to make me look a fool by yelling at me that I hadnt filled in the form. the paperwork clearly states to not fill in the paperwork before going into the PO, as they have to do this and send it to the conveyancer, Needless to say we grabbed the papers back and left, I will not be yelled at by a service provider in front of people and for doing what I was supposed to do
