Always see the same lady in the post office section. She's so helpful and knowledgeable. She lists all the options and it's obvious she knows her stuff. Doesn't matter what service I need, be it posting items for eBay or uploading of docs she's always helpful and super efficient. If only all my interactions were as smooth as this.

Just went to the Belvidere post office today, got served by a rude blonde middle aged woman about in her 50s woman with glasses. Spoke to me in a rudely manner to me. I asked her I would like a tracking number on my card that I was going to post. No smile, no customer services or anything she bellowed out that’s $4.45. People like this should NOT be working in customer services. Don’t bring your bad moods from home to work! I hope your management see this comment and sees this! You are not right for this job! The other ladies are cheery and happy but this woman is disgusted and rude!

I have been going to this post office for many years and have always found them to be friendly and extremely helpful. I can't understand the bad reviews. It's sad that people have had bad experiences. For me, they have been nothing but excellent.

Appalled at the level of customer service by the staff that were on today. I queued in a non-existent line and the ladies saw me waiting but decided to continue their chit chat. When I was finally acknowledged and approached the counter, I explained I hadn't received a collection slip for my business parcel but was informed by the company who sent it to come collect from here. She rudely asked for who the parcel was for - I clearly didn't know as it was sent to me without my knowledge. Took a stab in the dark. The lady found the parcel and then stated the parcel had been sitting there a while and that a slip would have been left for it as if I had been lying.

Zero Star. People who are complaining about Blonde middle aged lady at this AUSPOST counter, that must be her as well , who appears to make me feel hostile whenever i visit this Post office. She greets very rudely, ask questions rudely, answers rudely. Body language is discriminating by pushing package on the desk as if throwing a food to a stray dog. I am here to pickup my belongings, not begging her stuffs for me. & today when i looked at back after picking my package and saw she was greeting another an aboriginal lady a little bit more nicely, in softer voice with smile. & that time i totally got so annoyed/angry, after knowing that myself a victim of RACISM, as i look like more Asian. She is a RACIST too.

100% agree with the rest of these 1 star reviews. I honestly I don't know how this blonde old lady is still working there. She is an absolute cow with no customer service values and can't even put a smile on her face. She is the rudest Aus Post employee I have ever come across and should be fired over her lack of human decency. I feel sorry for the other younger girls that are forced to work with her.

Went to pick up an faulty item (without a card as they didn't post one to either of our post boxes) for the business I work at and I was greeted with the rudest middle aged blonde lady ever( no names but she works @ 2:45pm on a Monday). She even told me they didn't have the package even though I had a confirmation, eventually after being annoyed at her ignorance and unpleasantness I went to my car to phone my boss and not 30 seconds later my package had miraculously appeared. ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES. Then I wasn't allowed to pick it up as I didn't have authorisation from my business "in writing" (I'm Senior management btw). So now my customer is complaining because we still haven't got this item to exchange for him and its been over a week.

I agree with a previous reviewer about the elderly lady. Terrible customer service. Got passport photos done here, weren't good enough to get through the application and every time I've been back (4 so far) too get a refund after complying with their requirements for a refund they come up with some extra requirement. Don't get your passport photos done here. They shouldn't even offer it if they can't do it properly.

Absolutely terrible service by one elderly lady,customer service was appalling,no smile,attitude,& very snappy..handed my card the courier had left at my door,(name & address stated on card)with my I.D as she was scanning thru the parcel pile,looking for mine, I spotted the large parcel with my Surname,and politely said..there it goes..she looked at me,with a sour look on her face,looks at the name stated on pack then down at my I.D,then says in a "TONE'' we need a proof of address,even tho my address is stated on the back of my licence..she "wanted" a letter head stating address...I ran across to my car to see if I had any of the kind..Unfortunately I didnt..stood back in line,and then got greeted by another customer service,explained to her I had nothing stating my address but my licence..she said,"no that's fine" scanned the barcode asked for my signature and handed parcel with a smile... So how hard was that??? Smile goes along way,if you dont like the job your in lady,you need to retire...or was it because it's a Monday?? Aus post maybe you need to get old ducks regularly trained before they become expired. Out with the old,in with the new Served on Monday 10 September 12.35
