Friendly staff. I have my PO BOX there, so I have lots of chances to visit the post office. Recently, I need to send a parcel urgently. The male staff (with dark skin, may from India, sorry I don't know his name) was very helpful. He asked the Express driver to wait for my parcel for couple of minutes, so that the urgent parcel can be collected and delivered immediately to the central location for quick processing. Thank you.

The whole team of Hilton LPO is extremely professional, polite and genuinely customer focused. On number of occasions, they have gone extra mile to ensure a great customer experience. And the best bit is, no matter how busy they get the service doesn't get affected. Easily the best post office in this area.

All of the people who work here, are always so friendly and polite. I love coming to this post office because of this. I have read some of the negative comments written and wonder if these complaints are made by customers who are extra demanding and impatient!
