Worst post office to deal with. Not really concerned with customer service and try very hard to fob you off. Everything is too hard and you can tell they just want 5pm to roll around so they can go home.

Australia post has terrible protocols in place which disadvantages everyone who does not live in a typical city/suburban environment. Anywhere deemed “rural” is classed as roadside delivery, meaning the driver can decide whether or not to delivery the item, or just leave a card in the mail box. Every delivery from Auspost I end up having to drive for an hour, wait in line for at least 20 minutes get my package and drive home again. Half the time I have to ask Someone to drive me as the item won’t fit in my car (hence you know, buying online and paying shipping for said item). Every single other delivery company are happy to drive down a driveway to leave my items yet Australia post refuses to even entrain the idea. It’s ridiculous that we have to pay for delivery only to have to drive all that way whilst wasting petrol because of ridiculous protocols. I like now ask when placing orders if it’s at all possible to steer clear of Australia post as a delivery provider

They did not even leave a we missed you card (and of course I was home) I had to track and find it at the post office myself. Really horrible they really need to hire better delivery people who actually care. And fix their missing package service that just takes months. They are totally understaffed for such an important role. Even though I had priorities because I lost medicine it still took months to even get a response. Ridiculous. Really it’s like we’re living in rural Bulgaria

Slowest Post Office, I regularly have to wait at least 30 min in a que just for parcel pick up. This poor place is over run and under staffed. No weekend pick up even though letter box parcel ticket states collection available on Saturdays

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, always helpful. Sometimes they get busy, and with such great staff why wouldn't they be busy? Patience at such times is a virtue. They always go the extra mile and I've never seen them flustered or short with people. A great local post office.

I have a PO Box at this post office. They staff are friendly and efficient. This post office can get quite busy during peak times, but the staff get the job done swiftly enough. Fantastic service!

4/5 times the delivery driver will leave a 'Sorry we missed you card' even though I am literally always home. I'm unemployed, I'm not going anywhere! When the driver actually bothers ringing the doorbell, he walks away a second after to put a 'sorry we missed you card's in the mailbox! I've literally caught him doing this several times, and when I ask why he does this he just smirks just says nothing. Recently I've had a' sorry we missed you' email while I was standing in my kitchen. They don't even bother ringing the doorbell anymore! Appalling service. The staff at the post office is super nice but the drivers need to be replaced if they're going to be this lazy.

Staff at weston is so confuse and they dont have idea what to do. I was sending my package abroad and includes items which was not in the list of prohibited items of the country but the lady there was confuse and confusing me that the box will be returned etc etc. Should not do like that

Post man never seems to deliver at door when there is always someone home. (Maybe different rules for townhouses) had to wait 1 hour at post office trying to find a 'urgent slip' package without telling us what is going on. Later find out we already picked it up. Poor lack of communication and very disorganized. Making people wait a long period without informing what is going on to a point that you can't wait any longer and have to leave. Just horrible.

Not blaming Weston Creek staff. My goods supposed to leave Syd on Monday, still sitting in Syd on Thursday yet told today they have arrived and will be at my house today (Thursday). Sounds like FAKE NEWS. Perhaps Australia Post should pay less to CEO's and invest more in posties. Deplorable service. Privatise them.

The supplier of a delivery to me failed to include my unit number and so Weston Ck PO did not know where to send it, and hence returned it to the sender. I am frustrated with the supplier, however I don't understand why Australia Post could email me tracking updates and yet fail to contact me about confirming my address. Also, a phone contact for Weston Ck PO (doesn't exist at this stage, I believe) would be very handy please.
