I always have the best service from the ladies at Booval post! more recently they helped me take passport photos of my baby and after many attempts we got the perfect shot. They were helpful and patient making a tricky situation very easy. I felt very supported and grateful.

Post local and international packages 3x a week with this branch. Extremely helpful when I 1st started out with plenty of tips to save a lot of time. Also very helpful when setting up a po box and mail redirect.

Nothing but lazy went in with all correct id to collect money from western union only to be told the sender has to include my middle name. I have collected money a few times before and this was never required. So i drove to mount omeney post and the lady processed it no problems. Obviously if i have my Id stating my 1st and last name what does it matter about my middle name. Just a lazy lady looking for a excuse not to do her job.

A very well managed post office with friendly, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable staff. I have my own business and post products all over Australia and the world so I'm in there several times a week and it's a pleasure doing business there.

Typical Australia Post service: Poor at best. Not had better than a barely average experience at Booval or any auspost store for that matter in years. Australia Post used to be synonymous with helpful, friendly and kind staff, now it seems customer service and friendly staff are rare and not company priorities. It really is a shame that they are the go to place for lodging government forms, dropping in passport applications, and sending the odd letter. Unfortunately this company is still a necessary evil you need to deal with. When they aren't, I'll be highly surprised if they can exist the way they are functioning now.

Money was deposited and receipted correctly. I went to local WU office with passport, licence, etc. to collect it and was told the name was different to what was on their screen. Was refused any assistance despite my advising of family bereavement and travel commitments. Later I checked with sender, was sent photograph of sender's receipt; it was identical to my receiver's form. Next day went to same office, was served by a different cashier. Told the same thing about name difference. Showed the receipt photo to cashier. I was told apologetically and sympathetically that this "happens all the time" and if I could just give him a few moments he would report the matter and get an approval over the phone. This he did and I had my money in another 5 minutes. I asked the previous cashier why she couldn't have done that the day before; she shot back it was because I had no proof the sender form had been correct. This is a preposterous and ridiculous statement. I told her I would be making a complaint; she shot back "I wish you would, it might encourage WU to fix their system". Well, Western Union, if anyone reads this, take heed!!

Was here on a Saturday. Nicole the passport lady was lovely and very helpful. The manager was terribly rude to both myself and the staff. I thought the raceview post office was bad. But the way this manager spoke to us and the employees was disgusting and borderline workplace harassment. Just because you are a manager gives you no right to speak to your staff as if they are beneath you. If this was one of my employees I would place them under investigation.

Poor customer service. The staff and the manger were both very rude

I go to this post office alot with over 200 parcel's sent with at least 3 a week still. my experince with the staff here is some what unsatisfactory for all except one the lady with coloured hair she is absloutly lovely to deal with. alway's has a polite and professional attitude she is what all australia post staff standard's should be but sadly i get my writing and spelling undermined from the other staff member's and they are either very blunt or rude especially when i write fragile on my parcels due to them being damaged during transit and all i get is oh that's a waste of time they'll never look at it they ignore it so if thats the case invest in some fragile tape to put on these parcel's and that goes to show how much australia post staff care about sending customer's items l. I sent a parcel 4 weeks ago to then have to call up australia post and find out whats going on to be told its held at a dispatch facility for unknow reasons to then be told its getting sent back to me because the street address had an extra letter on the end and they couldn't find it. Any sensible person with a brain would figure it out super quick with a click of an app called google maps but no they hold it then send it back to me just for me to waste more time to go back down and repost postive note they reimbursed the shipping costs but i still paid more for packaging and the box plus express. If there was another postal service that had better rating then aus post (not saying yours is great) i would use them everytime but instead i have to go through them until that happen's. But all the people from customer service i have had to deal with have had nothing but a great postivie attitude inregards to my frustation and the lady at aus post booval with colourful hair aswell great representatives and faces of the company.

A busy little post office situated at the south end of the complex near Woolworths. Service is quick. There is also parking alocated specially for the PO at the South entrance.

I had mail returned to us because it had a type error we had 22 Joffre Strett instead of 22 Joffre Street, really this address is no where else and it is rude and very unprofessional typo errors happen everyday with all types of information and to return this because one letter was incorrect (T instead E)is very bad, really its unacceptable

I sent 5 packages which I normally pay $15 for. This time it came to $38 and its because the stupid lady put tracking on them when I didn't ask for the tracking to be put on . Really pissed , From now on I'm going to Ipswich to send my packages. -10
