Old and super underskilled staffs, customer service is a myth... Send some money as a gift via Western Union, still waiting on it after 06 days! Did not even let me check the account details! Aus post is going downwards, noticing for last 12 years. ***I found out today that the old gentleman (basically c*nt) put it as a cash pick up, not bank account!!! Are you kidding me??? Please do not go there to waste your time.

They make it very hard to use online or even give a review. Don't answer calls to customers since corona and only allow you to use a few words for customer support. No care for your customers at all.
