Not helpful. Told me I couldn't get a receipt for a Star Track parcel I wanted to leave there. He gave me a hard time about it. I knew that was nonsense so I took it to another Aust Post office and they gave me an electronic receipt.

Very small post office but consistently lovely staff. There’s a friendly man there who I think is the owner, he’s very helpful.

Staff there are friendly. Occasionally I end up with other peoples mail in my PO Box; which kind of defeats the purpose of secure mail. If the package needs to be stored inside because too large for the PO Box, often takes a while to find it, there doesn't appear to be an effective system. Mail2Day function of PO Box is used infrequently. Did not update hours for holiday period which means I got a notification from AusPost app that I had a package delivered, only to get there and find out that they are closed until 4/01/2021. Open a half day on Saturday which allows out of hours pick up which is better than the other PO near by which doesn't operate on weekends at all.

Small post office that is good for quick visits. Post boxes available. Helpful, friendly staff. Limited parking out the front.
