I just want to give a big thumbs up to the whole team. The last few times I went in was around their peak hours so they were very busy and still smiling through the stress and some bad customers who either didn't do the right thing and were helped through it or were intentionally difficult customers and were treated professionally. I know when I worked in retail how stressful it was and you guys are doing a great job. A big thank you for maintaining such a pleasant and helpful atmosphere.

Oh my gosh! Every single time I visited the Byford post office the staff is so awesome, friendly and helpful. Take this afternoon for example, the young lovely beautiful lady who assisted me was awesome. She is friendly, funny, very helpful and professional. I felt like I was having fun with a good friend. In addition, all the other staff members joined in on our banter. Thank you, thank you all.

My goodness, there are some strange people that write these reviews... how anyone can criticize this post office and its staff is beyond me...It seriously has to be one of the best post offices I have been to in Australia... amazingly patient and helpful staff... they remember your names... I have seen the way they deal with more mature members of our society and they are incredible.... A country village PO with volume but never too busy to have a chat... There will come a day that a huge PO will arrive in Byford and watch the moaning commence then!.. Thank you guys for all your hard work!

for the last few years now the Australia Post Parcel van drivers don't knock on the door anymore they just put there ticket in the door saying you have to pick up a parcel from the post office it is very uneasy because a lot of the things I order I get speedy delivery because I need them very fast but the Australia Post drivers are just slowing my work down. Shame On You Slack Drivers.

After something not arriving from eBay, after trying to find out where things went, I have also been informed by the seller to pick up from Byford LPO which is extremely inconvenient for me here in Oakford PLUS I never even got left a card or anything PLUS we receive our Aus Post every day at same time same location no problem so I have NO IDEA what is going on here. Try to ring Byford LPO to find out whether the item is definitely there all I get is a damn voice message. LIFT YOUR GAME!
