The lady working in this Post Office (Sorell TAS) needs to find a job she enjoys without having the "problem" of having to deal with customers! We own and operate a micro business and Sorell is our closest corporate post office. We send at least 10 parcels per week around Australia and OS. Every time we are confronted by this person, she is grumpy at having to provide service! Unbelievable! I have lodged official complaints with Australia Post and asked to be contacted to discuss this, but have heard nothing. If we provided this level of service to our customers we would be out of business.
