I am ambivalent and as a result, I really don't know what to say about this place. The people seem to be diligent enough but the system is wanting. It's like the system is incompatible with both the employees and the customers.

Agree Ridiculous service as the delivery drivers did not bother to knock or ring the door in our today's case it was not a parcel, but the DHL GOV document. While I was there waiting for the delivery, the driver didnt bother not even to knock or ring, ! He even failed to put his missyou card to our official AusPost mailbox .We re loging an official complaint tomorrow

I needed to collect a parcel for my fifo husband today. I was not expecting a large moderately heavy package and due to a spinal injury I'm unable to lift heavy objects. The lady serving me (sorry I didn't get her name) pushed the trolley to my car and helped me get it in the car. She went out of her way to help me, for which I'm very grateful.

Rude delivery driver in hocking today around 1.50PM. This parcel was not allowed to be left at my door step, however when I politely asked if he required a signature he rudely replied "Yes that's why I'm knocking on your door, if I didn't need one I wouldn't be knocking". Fix your attitude mate, having the attitude of an angsty teenager at the ripe age of 50 something isn't cute. Funny because he had to knock regardless of a signature requirement because this parcel could not be left on site. I suggest you find some drivers who actually have a brain.

Ordered an item to be delivered week ago from perth to north perth and still hasnt come says its been in wangara facility for three days just sitting there doing nothing and when i go to ask about it im told they cant do anything which is more like they dont wanna put any effort walking over and looking for it. Disgusting customer service always very rude when im polite some girls in there sound like the most depressed people on earth that try convert others to feel the same way. Disappointing to say the least

I'm getting more and more disappointed with auspost drivers. When I have to go and collect my parcel from an address two blocks away because someone can't get an address correct or can't locate an address so they dump it at another home. This has happened twice now and I'm fortunate I live in an honest neighbourhood. Also not even following protocol by knocking three times and a call out? Run and dump? Not attempt just slap a ticket to the door and off you go? Y'all need to pick up your game because I can't wait for the day when more competion for delivery services come up

AT 5:20pm yesterday, Tuesday, I made a decision to lodge a very important package in a red post box at Wangara Post Office. I did so because the box displayed a sign saying that it would be cleared after 6:00pm. Immediately after putting my package in the box, a passing Australia Post staff member told me it was just cleared. Nice. I asked if she could give me back my package. "No". Now, at 8:00am the following day, I checked the status of the tracking code for my package. As I would expect: nothing detected. Doubtless, because my package is still in the bottom of the red box in Wangara. DO NOT DISPLAY SIGNAGE SAYING 6PM CLEARANCE IF YOU PLAN TO CLEAR IT EARLIER!!!

Always rude staff at this Post Office when i go. Also try get better delivery guys, or delivery guys that can speak english and know the Australian road rules too. I see them drive around my area doing a lot more then the speed limit and driving on peoples lawns etc (have it all on camera footage also). And if on a package it states "leave in front of the door if no one is home" then why not leave it in front of the door instead of giving me a parcel slip for me to drive and have to get it. Half the time the delivery guys dont even knock on the door or ring the bell, they just write the slip soon as they get to the house and leave it there and drive off like maniacs again. Honestly, get some proper delivery guys who can read packages, know the rules and better staff that have and know what customer service is.

Your Parcel Post Delivery Guy is Absolutely Dreadful! Worst ever!! He pretends he doesnt speak english then yells it fluently at his customers when he gets a complaint! The guy ditched a 300UK Pound parcel over my fence!!! When i asked him about it, he said "no speak english! Bring parcel to u tomorrow!" Well that was the last i saw of him until i watched him speeding around my area & stopped next to him to take his photo because after my complaint he denied everything. Suddenly lo & behold, he spoke perfect english!!! Abused me in it perfectly! Now i never get my parcels even if I've got the door open. Stuff gets left in the rain - if i get my parcel at all! Then he leaves me an OUT OF DATE CARD stating youre open until 19.30 ! Guess what i found when i got there!? Not open until Monday???!!! A Poor rating at best! This guy makes you ALL look bad!

Once again have to pick up my parcel because "I wasn't home to receive it" which is a load of bull. I was home, all day... my car was even parked in the driveway. No one knocked on the door. Even received an email stating that my parcel would arrive today so I made sure to be home to recieve it... what a waste of my time! This will be the 4th time this has happened. Absolute load of shart!
