Awful awful services, worst experience of my life. Showed them the tracking number with my passport plus showed them the transferring details which further proved that I paid for the item. But they still refused to give me the parcel as I didn’t bring the credit cards that bought the item. Wasn’t aware that I have to show my credit card for taking my own parcel. Horrible horrible experience

Food costs are one of the biggest budget killers on an extended holiday. If you can save some money on the basics and make a few picnic lunches, then you will have more to spend on special things like a nice restaurant or a Bridgeclimb. Hunting down a supermarket is on the top of my list when I arrive for an extended holiday. Along with stocking up, I also love seeing the different types of food in each county. After years of there being nowhere within the CBD to buy affordable groceries, Sydney is now home to at least six supermarkets. They are usually hidden away below street level or above train stations so can be a little tricky to find. All these shops tend to mark down stock at the end of the day, particularly on Fridays so try visiting then if you are on a tight budget. Spread over four floors Woolworths at Town Hall is the biggest supermarket in the centre of the city. In the basement, you will find fresh fruit and vegetables, a deli, meats and hot snack foods. On the ground floor are more snacks, drinks, and toiletries. The upper levels offer homewares, basic clothing, and an internet cafe. If you are in a hurry, try to avoid 5-6pm when office workers drop in to do last minute dinner shopping. The store opens daily until midnight.

Prepare to wait 30 minutes in line only to be sent away to fill in some form for 5 minutes then wait another 30 minutes. Plenty of time to observe that they are intentionally unhelpful to every customer so you can mentally prepare yourself.

I've realised they overcharged me. I posted a letter-size, light-weighted padded bag with $2.40 face value stamps. I asked for it to be sent with tracking, then the lady charged me another $6.9 to make it $9.30 which is the price of a standard parcel. My letter weight didn't even exceed 100g. Senders/customers to Aus Post please we need to do our research otherwise they will rip you off!

I suggest everyone go anywhere else instead of this site. As front staff have bad manners and don't know the importance of customer service, just let them stand there all day chatting meanwhile 0 customers go inside. That's what they really want. Worst customer service. Apart from failed to delivery parcel, now not even bother to leave a card in mail box. Why dont you just close for good then. Went there to pick up parcel for my wife and the useless staff tried to turn me away without suggesting any solution because I didnt have an authorisation letter. Well, if your postman do their job and deliver, we wouldnt have this problem, would we?

It was a bad experience to collect my item in here . If you come before 12.30 pm but you have to wait because there's someone else in the shop, Unfortunately, you will be told we closed after 12.30pm no matter how long you wait ouyside. They wont listen you explain and they dont care.. The staff's attitude is bad and also not friendly.
