Friendly and competent staff. Thank you for delivering exceptional customer service and having an awareness of the Australia Post product I was seeking. A massive contrast to the other Australia Post branch in Hobart that I visited. Keep up the good work.

Very unfriendly staff. I went to have my passport size photo for my passport and they didn’t offer 55 x 45 size. So, I agreed to take 70x50. Then after they charge me she printed 2 copies of photos where the background was looking like dark ash color. No light at all. My hair band opened and she even didn’t care. They were not at all helpful in assisting me and should be trained correctly in the services they offer. After discussing my unsatisfactory photos with the staff member they agreed to refund my money.

Got passport pictures done here and they weren't to specifications despite assurances otherwise, had to get them redone elsewhere. Staff aren't very knowledgeable about basic posting.

I regularly deal with the team at Bathurst St PO and I've always found them to be very friendly and helpful (and it sure beats queuing up at the GPO!).
