Sent something to get picked up there. The day I turn up it's closed. I call Aus Post on 131118 they can't get through to the contact there. Terrible customer service. Better off sending things to be picked up from St Georges Terrace

This place is getting a lot of one star reviews. I too experienced the rude female staff member on two visits when I asked some questions. When I waited to see the manager, this female staff member was smirking and pointing me out to another staff member. Very, very poor customer service. It used to be great when Matt? the English guy was there.

I wanted to submit an application for Australian passport for my child and had some questions re our status. The lady gave minimal info, which made me run around all day to finish the form only to return and be told (by a male staff) that it wasn't right. When I asked politely about it, the lady started saying "I told you xyz" as if I made up my story in front of her colleagues and manager. I get it she wanted to look good & maybe I misunderstood her before. But to condescendingly said "See? the Truth comes out" is beyond me 😒 Very rude and unprofessional. I couldn't be bothered arguing and wasting my energy there. 0 out of 5 if I can rate that.

I started to regularly come here to post some things off for my small business and the other times I've been, staff have been so nice and instructed me on what to do. However, I came in on Thursday around noon and was met by awful service. Only one lady at the register "helping" 3 other ladies. I didn't mind waiting as I can understand that we all are understaffed, everywhere. I waited 10-15 minutes and the lady finally asks me if I wanted to ship something off. She then proceeded to be rude and condescending and I was humiliated in front of a friend I had come with. I've only come to the PO to send things off a handful of times so I'm not quite clear of what I need to do etc, but don't appreciate the service I received.

This worst Australia Post in Perth. Avoid. Condescending staff and the slowest service. After this Australia Post being unhelpful and rude, I went to Australia Post on St George's Terrace and my query was resolved in under 5 minutes. Go there instead.

i’ve been using the Auspost pickup service and using this branch as my delivery address for more than a year. never had any issue with this branch. all staff are always nice and easy to deal. very convenient location and always awesome customer service.

That one is the nices and the best , great friendly and patient staffs, not only one staff friendly, I have visited there for 2 times, 4 different staffs , they’re very helpful, unforgettable experience. The Post Office in the actual GPO has closed and moved across Wellington St to the Perth Train Station (next to Subway). The staff here are lovely and very helpful. Never had an issue at all.

I've never had a post office staff + manager tell me they were unable to be an authorised witness for a stat dec; when it was written on my application that "post office manager" was a suitable authorised person. "we don't do this here" was what i was told, before referring me to a JP on barrack st. It seems this place gets baffled when looking at anything remotely complex. Where this central location makes up in catering to the total number of walk-ins; they've lacked in service on this occasion.

AU POST worst post service in australia. I sent a document to india on express courier from australia post, they confirmed that it will reach in maximum 2-4 day. When I went to post office to enquire, the bloody manager said we cant do any thing, worst customer service and then she give me customer service number that talk to them we are not concerned and the customer service still mentioning one day and telling lies over the delivery and then they gave me india number, which was a wrong number, I got the correct number again and then they said provide the complaint number whereas AU post said that the same tracking number will work. Blooddy so much trouble, paid 65 dollars for tracking and this is worst and AU post is saying there are not concerned. Bloody worst service ever. Use better Private service, probably they might be better.
