Unhelpful staff member. Made automatic assumptions, not trying to understand my particular query just jumping straight to conclusions and hurrying me along even though it wasn't busy. Tried to provide documentation with particular instructions which he wasn't even willing to look at. I might have been incorrect, but a little more care would have helped.

Quite possibly the worst post office in Perth, we experienced nothing but issues with our PO box and general interactions with staff. We have since moved our PO box (at significant cost) to St Georges Terrace Post Office where they have been exceptional. Cloisters could learn a lot from them. I do not feel this post office is worthy of a Cartier watch.

Unfortunately I have had to experience a couple of unhelpful and patronising staff members at this post office. This maybe a workplace culture issue. The staff at Wellington St post office are much friendlier and prompt.

I sent an agent in to collect a star track parcel with the 'does not require signature or ID' collection ticket containing the relevant barcode. You sent him away empty handed for an invalid and vindictive reason. You are now costing me $200 a day in lost revenue. Do not dare to have the gumption to repeat this pantomime of customer service when he returns and certainly don't even think about sending this parcel back to sender as the fact it is still in your possession is both your fault and my detriment. $200 a day you are now costing me let's try keeping the total to a minimum. NOT HAPPY

Probably the best post office I've experienced. Visited 3 times for my passport application, different person each visit, and each time they were nice and helpful, which is more than I can say for any other post office I've been to. Also because they put a decent number of staff on, the queue is relatively quick

I work near this post office and we have had a PO Box there for 12 years. I never really thought to write a review about a Post office until I happened to read a couple of the reviews online. I love dealing with all the staff at this post office. Gary has been there since I can remember and he always goes out of his way to assist. The staff that have come and gone all seem good so I suspect it is the culture of this Post Office that creates a good team. Coming up to Christmas I am certain that they will all be flat out serving you. So maybe it is time to say thanks to them and offer a word of encouragement.

If you are looking for signature witness give this a miss. It is the managers peroggative as to whether or not they will provide this service. The post office manager chooses not to provide this service. If they cant provide this simple service what other simple aspects is this post office failing in?
