Wish I could give 0 stars. Staff are so rude and not helpful at all. Did not let me pick up my package without giving them several ID's proving it was me, and it was just a package from Zara. Then I heard the guy next to me had his mail lost because previous tenants pickup his mail as they were living on the address. The processes of this place does not make any sense. I hope I never have to deal with these people again. Worst customer service in my life!

I am so sick and tired of receiving pick up notices in my mailbox instead of them putting in effort for delivery. I am always at home almost 24/7. The whole point of me ordering online is for the convenience as I have a 6 month old child and it's always not easy to shop. We live on a ground floor apartment and I always put in the gate code and instructions to give me a call in my address line. The most recent one, I had to order multiple appliances (and they won't fit in the parcel lockers) and same thing, pick up notice. We don't have a car and my husband works away. I don't know what to do anymore! This is very frustrating!

We live nearby in a townhouse and for the past one and half year we have never received any parcel at our doorstepā€¦literally every time their staff(s) just puts the pick-up notice in our mailbox without knocking the doorā€¦every timeā€¦I can confirm it is because there are some many times when my wife or I or both of us staying at home, expecting the parcel to come but ended up receiving nothing but a pick-up notice in our mailbox ā€¦it makes us so frustrated sometimes. We just canā€™t figure out why their staffs can do thisā€¦unless they are just so irresponsible and have this selfish mindset that ā€œas long as I can save one minute, itā€™s fine to waste somebody elseā€™s half an hourā€. I sincerely hope we can have another delivery choice in Australia.

The Asian lady is absolutely rude, and lacks any customer service. How she is still working there after so many customer complaints is concerning and shows a lack of care from management and ownership. Instead of explaining things in a calm and respectful manner, she raises her voice to speak over you in a condescending way. Worst APO staff I've ever encountered.

Not specific to this post office but all of Aus post. Tracking system is less effective than drinking beer to rehydrate. At the moment I'm more likely to catch COVID than my parcel in a reasonable time frame. The price to send something is through the roof, better off just flying to Melbourne and picking it up and taking the 2 days as sick leave

They help objects move around the entire world! They recognise regulars quite often and I am always happy to go here. I don't always know how many parcels I have, but I try to keep track and label them in my post app. When I make an error in my address, it is helpful for me to recognise this and they do assist many people everyday. If you are worried about a card in your mailbox instead of a parcel perhaps use a pick up location that is close by. Ask them what they recommend as they might suggest what would work best for you.

Thanks for not getting back to me after I lodged an case. Thanks for making me follow up repeatedly until I had to come to you to open the package in front of you (24 days after it had be sent from Melbourne). Thanks for then telling me you would need to do an investigation to see if I was entitled to compensation. "you will need to leave the package with us". Yeah right, after you already smashed it and had proven your incompetence on multiple fronts I should trust you with my original artwork. Thanks for having staff that appeared to be left alone with no experience. Thanks to the cowardly supervisor or manager behind the partition that wouldn't come out and rectify the situation. No way of getting there. What is the point of paying for next day delivery if the cant even be bothered trying to deliver it!!!!

Iā€™ve nearly always had a good experience here, though if ever you come at lunch time there will be quite the wait. They seem to be a bit over cautious in doing simple tasks though. Like I needed to retrieve a parcel that I missed when it came to my door but there were many hoops needed to jump to prove that I was me.

Ridiculously slow service. Pickup card says please call first but leaves no local number, and if you try calling the generic auspost number youll be on hold for so long you may as well have flown interstate to pick up the items yourself
